Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed, and balances may be forfeited.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. 77ji is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77ji login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 77ji support immediately.
77ji may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures at any time, including but not limited to: submission of a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by 77ji may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.
77ji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available in the Philippines: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 77ji's discretion. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your 77ji wallet instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfers via BDO, BPI, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect in your account. 77ji does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are processed within thirty (30) minutes on average during normal operating hours. Bank withdrawals to BDO, BPI, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking days. 77ji reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be sent to payment methods registered in your name and previously used for deposits, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your 77ji account dashboard. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. 77ji reserves the right to adjust limits at any time without prior notice.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, 77ji's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall 77ji's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 77ji account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The 77ji Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 77ji makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.
77ji reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines — at its sole discretion — that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
Upon termination for cause, 77ji may forfeit any remaining account balance, including bonus funds and associated winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Where termination is not due to a breach by you, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC or AML checks.
You may close your 77ji account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.
If you have a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or any other aspect of your 77ji account, you must contact 77ji support in the first instance. 77ji will investigate all disputes in good faith and respond within five (5) business days.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 77ji's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall limit 77ji's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
